We connect with individuals impacted by addiction, survivors of sex trafficking, the homeless, the incarcerated, and those facing mental health struggles. Hedge Faith is a program created to provide a “hedge” of support, resilience, and compassion to those in need. Our outreach team is committed to meeting people where they are, building connections, and delivering resources directly to those facing hardship. We stand with individuals as they rebuild dignity and find hope, offering immediate assistance and lasting support on the streets.
Our Mission
Hedge Faith is devoted to bringing faith, hope, and care to the frontlines. We engage with individuals during their most vulnerable moments, providing tangible resources, emotional support, and a path to healing. Our mission is to empower those affected by addiction, homelessness, trauma, incarceration, and mental health struggles, and to create a foundation for transformation and renewal.
Street Outreach
At Hedge Faith, our primary focus is direct street-level engagement. Our team goes out into the community, offering food, clothing, conversation, and resources.
Addiction Support: Guidance, resources, and direct pathways to recovery programs.
Support for Survivors: Safe spaces and referrals to counseling and supportive networks for survivors of sex trafficking and abuse.
Homeless Outreach: Meals, survival supplies, and access to housing resources.
Mental Health Advocacy: Connections to mental health resources, support groups, and community programs.
